Come enjoy a relaxing stay
in our renovated century old farm house located in PEI's beautiful Points
East Coastal Drive region. We have three bedrooms with
double beds and one with a single bed. There is a complete bath on the main
floor and a half bath on the second floor. The kitchen is equipped
with a fridge, stove, microwave, and dishwasher as well as all required
utensils. We supply all linens. There's a BBQ and a gazebo outside. Satellite television, DVD
player (a selection of DVDs is available), dial-up internet available as well
as fax service. Kinetic Swedish Massage and
Reiki are also available at an extra charge. |

Just wanted to drop a
note to let you know a highlight of our holiday was the time we spent at your
lovely cottage in Mink Basin. All four of us were very pleased with the
quality of the accomodation you provide; just an ideal focal point to return
to after a day exploring the island. The best parts included the great
comfortable beds, an abundance of kitchen, linen & toiletry supplies -
even beach towels and personal touches everywhere. The feature had to be the
wonderful massage you offer in your lovely spa room which just capped off our
perfect holiday. As your first guests we are happy to recommend your property
as an excellent place to stay, offering accomodation far superior to most
B&B's or cottages we have previously rented at a very affordable rate.
Good luck with your future ambitious plans. We made a mistake on
our holiday, we didn't book enough time at your wonderful cottage. Thank you for giving
us such a warm welcome on our first visit to PEI. Your cottage is very nicely
decorated and completely equipped. Thank you for a
fabulous time. What a great place to come as a family -close to beaches,
playgrounds & shopping. This was our fourth
trip to the island -the best yet-in great part to the wonderful cottage here.

for water) to the upper edges (Rodd Royalty, Mill River & Brudenell) and
a few in betweens, but your cottage at Mink Basin was the best yet. It
has many of the extras of a top notch hotel, with all the comforts of
home. Your hospitality was beyond compare. The listing of events
- weather & tide listings, the folder w. local flora & fauna, and all
of the extras for the children - wow . [...] Again - We had a
