• Generally speaking, we do not accommodate pets.
• The Cottage at Mink Basin is strictly non-smoking
• Guaranteed reservations are assured with a deposit of $200.00 cdn. Payment may be made in cash, travelers cheque or Visa.
• Cancellation Policy: Full refund minus $25.00 service charge if you cancel with 14 days notice prior to arrival date.If you must cancel with less than 14 days notice and we are unable to re-book your deposit will be forfeited. .
• CHECK IN: 2 PM or by prior arrangement
• CHECK OUT: 11 AM or by prior arrangement

Just wanted to drop a note to let you know a highlight of our holiday was the time we spent at your lovely cottage in Mink Basin. All four of us were very pleased with the quality of the accomodation you provide; just an ideal focal point to return to after a day exploring the island. The best parts included the great comfortable beds, an abundance of kitchen, linen & toiletry supplies - even beach towels and personal touches everywhere. The feature had to be the wonderful massage you offer in your lovely spa room which just capped off our perfect holiday. This was our fourth trip to the island -the best yet-in great part to the wonderful cottage here. [...] We have rented at the bottom of the barrel (a pee-y cottage with a hose for water) to the upper edges (Rodd Royalty, Mill River & Brudenell) and a few in betweens, but your cottage at Mink Basin was the best yet.  It has many of the extras of a top notch hotel, with all the comforts of home.  Your hospitality was beyond compare.  The listing of events - weather & tide listings, the folder w. local flora & fauna, and all of the extras for the children - wow .  [...] Again - We had a wonderful time - thanks for your hospitality.
